  • Website Design & Development: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial deposit. After 7 days or once development work has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Monthly Services: First-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment. After the 7-day window, all monthly service fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice.
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and before any campaign launch. Once a campaign is launched, all fees are non-refundable.

5.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Any request made after the 7-day window has passed
  • Services where work has already commenced
  • Advertising spend that has been deployed to platforms
  • Third-party fees (domain registration, hosting fees, etc.)

5.3 How to Request a Refund

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and other intellectual property created by Elite Growth Media for your project remains our exclusive property until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

  • You will own the custom work created specifically for your project
  • We retain ownership of any pre-existing templates, frameworks, or tools used in the project
  • We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Ensure all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Disclaimers
